This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you interact with our websites, landing pages, forms, advertisements, phone/SMS outreach, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Insurance Disclosure: FYR Legacy is an independent insurance agency. We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.

This policy covers personal information processed by FYR Legacy through our Final Expense and Medicare marketing and enrollment support, including Facebook/Instagram lead forms, GoHighLevel (GHL) forms and pipelines, landing pages, call automation (including AI-assisted calling), and email/SMS communications.

2) Information We Collect

  • Identifiers & Contact: name, email, phone number, address, ZIP, state.
  • Lead Details: age range, household size, preferred contact times, insurance interests (Final Expense, Medicare), referral source.
  • Insurance Intake: information you provide to request quotes (e.g., date of birth, tobacco status, Medicare eligibility period, current plan/carrier). We do not require medical diagnoses via the website forms, but you may choose to disclose health-related details for quotes.
  • Communications & Recordings: call notes, voicemail, and—if enabled—call recordings and AI-assisted call transcripts for quality and training.
  • Payment/Order Data: if you purchase materials or book paid services through third parties (e.g., Stripe/Gumroad), those processors handle your payment data. We receive non-sensitive status (e.g., paid/failed).
  • Device/Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, via cookies, pixels (e.g., Meta/FB Pixel), and similar tech.
  • Social & Ad Platforms: information you submit via Facebook/Instagram lead forms and other ad platforms.

Sources include: directly from you, automatically from your device, from lead platforms (Meta), analytics providers, ad networks, and CRM/automation tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, Vapi/AI dialers if used).

3) How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and enroll you in insurance products you request.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our funnels, websites, and CRM workflows.
  • Provide customer support, confirm appointments, and manage follow-ups.
  • Send marketing communications you opt into (email/SMS), including education on Final Expense/Medicare and AEP reminders.
  • Analyze performance (ads, content, conversions) and personalize experiences.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents; comply with legal obligations.

5) How We Share Information

  • Service Providers/Processors: CRM and automation platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel), AI dialers/call tools (e.g., Vapi), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), ad platforms (e.g., Meta/FB), email/SMS vendors, cloud hosting, and payment processors for related products or materials.
  • Insurance Carriers/General Agencies: when you request quotes/enrollment, we may share necessary information to obtain rates or submit applications.
  • Legal & Compliance: to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, and safety.
  • Business Transfers: in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, your data may be transferred in accordance with this policy.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

6) Cookies & Tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies (including the Meta/FB Pixel) to measure performance, personalize content/ads, and understand usage. 7) Texts/SMS & Calls

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages and calls (including via auto-dialer or AI-assisted systems) related to your inquiries, quotes, reminders, and marketing if you opt in. Message/data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP; for help, reply HELP. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8) Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations (including insurance recordkeeping requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
